SUBJECT: Conveyance of County Owned Excess Real Property
to Ida Bly
(Portion) Assessor's Parcel No. 097-081-025

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board on September 24, 1991, passed Resolution No. 91/632 and
Notice fixing October 15, 1991, at 9:00 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration
Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate
the conveyance of the real property described therein to Ida Bly; said Notice was duly
published in the Contra Costa Times.
This Board, hereby finds that said property is no longer required for present or
future County use and the exchange of real property with Ida Bly for property adjacent
to County property is of equal value.
This Board hereby APPROVES the exchange agreement for real property between
Contra Costa County and Ida Bly and the conveyance of the property located on Willow
Pass Road in the West Pittsburg area, to Ida Bly upon Ida Bly conveying adjacent
property to the County; and this Board hereby ACCEPTS the deed dated August 29,
1991 from Ida Bly; and the Public Works Director is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute said
agreement. The Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed to Ida
Bly on behalf of the County, and DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery
to Founders Title Company for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on October 15, 1991, by at least a four-fifth vofie of the
Board.
