CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Should the Board of Commissioners elect to not approve the award of the architectural services contract to Gutierrez/Associates; the Housing Authority would be forced to begin the selection process again. This would delay the design of a new child development center in Oakley and jeopardize fund raising efforts by the Housing Authority to secure construction funding for this important child development center.
