SUBJECT: Conveyance of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of an Easement for Sewer
Purposes to
Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
Project No. 4303-6G5373
Pleasant Hill Area
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
Contra Costa County acquired certain real property by deed recorded on
December 15, 1987, in Book 14071 at page 127, in Pleasant Hill, for County Probation
Department programs. The Central Contra Costa Sanitary District has requested an Offer
of Dedication of an easement over a portion of said property, described in Exhibit "B"
attached hereto, for a sewer facility that will serve the County property. This Board
FINDS that the conveyance of such Offer of Dedication is in the public interest and will
not substantially conflict or interfere with the County's use of the property.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of an Offer of
Dedication to the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, over the property described in
Exhibit "B" attached hereto, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.6, and the
Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute an Offer of Dedication on behalf of the
County.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said offer of dedication to be
delivered to the grantee.
This Board hereby FINDS that the proposed Offer of Dedication will not have a
significant effect on the environment, and that it has been determined to be categorically
exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA Guidelines
Section 15312. The proposed Offer of Dedication is part of transfer of property rights not
located in an area of statewide, regional or areawide concern. The Director of
Community Development is DIRECTED to file a Notice of Exemption with the County
Clerk AND DIRECTS the Public Works Director to arrange for payment of the $25.00
handling fee to the County Clerk for filing the Notice of Exemption. This Board having
considered the general plan, FINDS in accordance with its Resolution No. 81/522, that
this Offer of Dedication is minor in nature and is exempt from general plan conformance.

Portion of the Rancho Monte Del Diablo, described as follows :
A strip of land 15 . 00 feet in width, the center line of which is
described as follows :
Commencing at the intersection of the northern line of Parcel "D"
as said parcel is shown on the parcel map filed September 3, 1981
in Book 97 of Parcel Maps, at Page 24 with the western line of
the 20 foot wide strip of land described as Parcel No . 1 in the
Grant of Easement to Central Contra Costa Sanitary District
recorded July 12, 1961 in Book 3907 of Official Records of Contra
Costa County, Page 75; thence along said western line (3907 OR
75) northerly along a non—tangent curve having a. radius of 128. 00
feet, concave to the west, through a central angle of 21 39 ' 54" ,
an arc length of 48 .40 feet; thence North 11 11 ' 04" West, 6 . 60
feet to true point of beginning; thence from said true point of
beginning South 78 36 ' _33" West, 7. 00 feet .
