SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention
to Convey Real Property to the
State of California
Assessor's Parcel No. 127-170-025
Project No. 4357-6G5373
Pleasant Hill Area
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board intends to convey to the State of California, County owned real
property described in the attached Notice for $29,400 in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the Right of Way Contract on file in the Public Works Department.
This property is not required for County use and the sale price is market value of
said property.
This Board hereby sets Tuesday, February 12, 1991, at ,9 a.m. in the Board's
Chambers in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as
the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths vote.
The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to "have the attached Notice
published one time, at least one week preceding the date set for hearing in the Contra
Costa Times, a newspaper of general circulation (pursuant to Government Code Section
6061).

it NOTICE OFWENTION TO CONVEY REAL PRfERTY
(Gov. Code § 25365)
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, on January
22, 1991, declared its intention to convey to the State of California the following described
real property:
All that real property situated in the State of California, County of Contra Costa, City of
Pleasant Hill described as follows:
A portion of that certain parcel of land described as EXCEPTION "Parcel No. 1" in that
Quitclaim Deed to Cornella Construction Company, Inc.., recorded October 19, 1988, in
Book 14660, Page 602 of Official Records of Contra Costa County, said portion being
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most northwesterly corner of said parcel of land; thence along the
northerly line of said parcel south 840 00' 00" east 28.37 feet; thence from a tangent that
bears south 21' 00' 45.17" west, along a curve to the left with a radius of 21,874.00 feet,
through an angle of 000 18' 56.82", an arc length of 120.56 feet to the general westerly
line of said parcel; thence along last said line north 070 00' 00" east, 95.26 feet and along
a tangent curve to the right with a radius of 450.00 feet, through an angle of 020 42' 42",
an arc length of 21.30 feet to the point of commencement.
CONTAINING 1,672 square feet, more or less.
TOGETHER WITH all right, title or interest in and to a portion of that certain parcel of land
described as EXCEPTION "Parcel No. 2" in the above-said Quitclaim Deed, said portion
being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most northeasterly corner of said Parcel No. 2, thence along the
easterly line of last said parcel south 07° 00' 00" west, 95.26 feet; thence from a tangent
that bears south 200 41' 48.35" west, along a curve to the left with a radius of 21,874.00
feet, through an angle of 000 21' 22.9811, an arc length of 136.06 feet; thence south 820 01'
56" west, 25.00 feet thence south 200 14' 50" west, 5.00 feet to the southerly line of last
said parcel; thence along last said line and the general westerly line of last said parcel
north 780 29' 36" west, 4.25 feet, north 200 14' 50" east, 8.84 feet, along a tangent curve
to the left with a radius of 350.00 feet, through an angle of 130 14' 50", an arc length of
80.92 feet and north 070 00' 00" east, 149.73 feet to the northerly line of last said parcel;
thence along last said .line south 830 00' 00" east, 50.00 feet to the point of commence-
ment.
CONTAINING 9,611 square feet, more or less.
As to the above described parcels of land, this conveyance is made for the purposes of
a freeway and the grantor hereby releases and relinquishes to the grantee any and all
abutter's rights, including access rights, appurtenant to grantor's remaining property, in
and to said freeway.
Together with and including all improvements located thereon.
Notice is further given that it is proposed to convey said property to the State of California
for $29,400, being the fair market value of the property.
The Board will meet on Tuesday, February 12, 1991, at 9 a.m. in the Board's Chambers,
County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to make such
conveyance by at least a four-fifths vote.
