THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 8, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 91/3
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6368, San Ramon
Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision 6368 have been completed as provided in
the Subdivision Agreement with Crow Canyon Ventures heretofore
approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Sub-
division Map.
The Public Works Director having further notified this Board
that said subdivision has been annexed by the City of San Ramon,
and that the County has continued to perform inspection services
and perform routine staff duties in processing the subdivision
until its completion as agreed to with the City, and that the City
concurs in accepting the improvements in said subdivision as
complete. By accepting the improvements as complete, the County
does not accept the roads for maintenance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete as of November 19, 1990
thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing
of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no need for a one year
warranty period and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $2700 cash security for performance (Auditor' s Deposit
Permit No. 95452, dated July 3 , 1985) plus interest in accordance
with Government Code Section 53079, -if appropriate, to Crow Canyon
Ventures pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
