At 12 : 40 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 2: 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. REVISED CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - February 5, 1991 Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities). This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal .
