County DATE: ��SrAcoaK't't `Pv February 5, 1991 SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO LEASE - 627 FERRY STREET, MARTINEZ SPECIFIC REOUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDATION APPROVE an Amendment to Lease for the premises at 627 Ferry Street, Martinez, for continued occupancy by the Personnel Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Amendment to Lease on behalf of the County. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT There will be no financial impact from this lease amendment. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND Lessor' s creditor, Sumitomo Bank of California, has asked that it be notified by County in the event County exercises its right of termination of the lease. This Amendment to Lease will allow for that notification.
