SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention
to Convey Real Property to the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Pittsburg
Assessor's Parcel No. 073-124-001
Project No. 4303-6G5566
Pittsburg Area
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board intends to convey to the. Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Pittsburg, County owned real property described in the attached Notice for$40,750 cash
in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Real Property Sales Agreement with
the Agency on file in the Public Works Department.
This property is not required for County use and the sale price is the market value
of said property.
This Board hereby sets Tuesday, February 26, 1991, at 11a.m. in the Board's
Chambers in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as
the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths vote.
The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the attached Notice
published one time, at least one week preceding the date set for hearing in the Antioch
Ledger, a newspaper of general circulation (pursuant to Government Code Section 6061).
The Board hereby FINDS that the project will not have a significant effect on the
environment, and DETERMINES that the project is exempt from the requirements of the
California Environmental Quality Act as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption under County
Guidelines and Section 15312 of the State CEQA Guidelines, and DIRECTS the Public
Works Director to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. This activity has been
found to conform to the General Plan of the City of Pittsburg.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONVEY REAL PROPERTY
(Gov. Code § 25365)
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, on
February5, 1991, declared its intention to convey to the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Pittsburg the following described real property:
All that real property situated in the State of. California, County of Contra Costa, City of
Pittsburg described as follows:
Lot 16, as designated on the maps entitled "Horace J. and Jennie K. Siino Subdivision,
City of Pittsburg, Contra Costa County, California", which maps were filed in the Office of
the Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, on October 20, 1948, in
Volume 36 of Maps at page 12.
Together with and including all improvements located thereon. Said property is located
at 515 School Street in Pittsburg.
Notice is further given that it is proposed to convey said property to the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Pittsburg for$40,750, being the fair market value of the property.
The Board will meet on Tuesday, February 26, 1.991, at 11 a.m. in the Board's Chambers,
County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to make such
conveyance by at least a four-fifths vote.
