THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on February 5, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. .91/81
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 83-87, Walnut
Creek Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision MS 83-87 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Oliver Nalley and
Christina Nalley heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction
with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of January 17 , 1991 thereby establishing the six-month
terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under
said Subdivision Agreement:

BE 'IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty
period required, and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
.refund the $1000 cash security for performance (Auditor' s Deposit
Permit No. 167253 , dated January 8, 1990) plus interest in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to
Oliver Nalley and Christina Nalley pursuant to the requirements of
the Ordinance Code.
