SUBJECT: LEASE FOR THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
APPROVE a Lease, commencing October 1, 1990, with Lido Square
Townhouses for the premises at 2131 Crestview Lane,
Pittsburg, for occupancy by the Community Services Department,
under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in
said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to
EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the County.
II . FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Community
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide for use of classroom space as requested by the
Community Services Department.
