KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of Real Property functions and terminology; ability to collect and
understand technical and legal material relating to acquisition, valuation and
management of real property; a working knowledge of title research methods,
ownership record locations, deeds, permits, easements, right of way contracts and
other documents relating to acquisition, sales leases, or transfers of property
rights; ability to prepare technical material and reports in a clear and concise
manner; ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with
superiors, co-workers and the general public; ability to read and interpret simple
blueprints; knowledge of micro-computer systems, running disc operating systems,
and applications programs such as database management, spreadsheets, and work
processing.
