Recommended Action: f 1 A. APPROVE the Relocation Assistance Claim and Relocation Agreement made by Brooke S. Jones and Robert D. Stolinski. ' B. AUTHORIZE the County Principal Real Property Agent,to sign the Claim and the Public Works Director to sign the Agreement form on behalf of the County. 1 C. AUTHORIZE the County Auditor-Controller to issue a check payable to Brooke'S. Jones and Robert D. Stolinski, 1704 Castro Street, Martinez, CA 94553, in the amount of$6,000 to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. I II. Financiallmpact: ' Payment of $6,000 from Merrithew Hospital Enterprise Fund. f/ f r 1 ! III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: Payment is for relocation assistance obligation required by Government Code Section 7260, et seq. resulting from the County's purchase of the land and improvements located at 333 "C" Street, Martinez, in which claimant resides, for the expansion of Merrithew Hospitall IV.
