HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02261991 - 1.14A THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on February 26, 1991 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit for Faithful Performance, Road Improvement Agreement, Subdivision 6769, Martinez Area. On March 6, 1990, this Board resolved that the improvements in Subdivision 6769 were completed as provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with Hidden Pond Partners and now on the recommendation of the Public Works Director; The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; and IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1, 000 cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 143001, dated July 12 , 1988) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Placer Title Company of Escrow Trust, pursuant to Ordinance Code Section 94-4 . 406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
