Adopted this Order on February 26, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Approval of Grant of Access Rights.
The Public Works Director has reported that the developers of
Subdivision 6922, recorded February 21, 1989 in Book 330 of Maps at
page 35, relinquished Abutter' s Rights of Access along Laurel Road
to the County, but failed to reserve necessary driveway access for
Parcel "A" of their subdivision.
The Public Works Director recommends granting access rights to
Parcel "A" of Subdivision 6922, for a thirty five foot wide
driveway opening to Laurel Road in addition to the existing forty
foot wide driveway, centerline of the the thirty five foot driveway
is located 80 feet from the northeast corner of Parcel "A" along
Laurel Road. The granting of access rights will not adversely
affect the public and will conform to the subdivision conditions of
approval.
On the recommendation of the Public Works Director, IT IS BY
THE BOARD ORDERED that the chairperson is AUTHORIZED to execute a
Grant of Access Rights to the developer of Subdivision 6922, Oakley
Associates.
