NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its intention to purchase from Vista Oaks, a California limited partnership, for a price not to exceed $7,000,000, the property known as 40 Douglas Drive, Martinez, California, with buildings containing approximately 34,500 square feet of floor space plus parking on approximately 1.52 acres of land and more particularly described in Resolution No. 91/ 95 of the Board and will meet at 11:00 a.m. on March 19, 1991, In its Chambers, County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consummate the purchase. A copy of said agreement is on file in the General Services Department. This Board will meet on March 19, 1991, at 11:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the following notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063.
