(Re-Zoning Land in the
Brentwood Area)
The Contra Costa County Board of 5upervisors ordains as follows:
SECTION I: Page M-24 of the County's 1978 Zoning Map (Ord. No. 73-93) is
amended by re-zoning the land in the above area shown shaded on the map(s) attached
hereto and incarporated herein (see also Community Development Department File No.
2870=R2. )
FROM: Land Use District A-3 ( Heavy Agriculture )"
TO: Land Use District A-2 ( General Agriculture )
and the Community Development Director shall change the Zoning Map accordingly,
pursuant to Ordinance Code Sec. 84.2.003.

SECTIO N IL EFFECTIVE DATE. Thjs ordinanee becomes effeetive 30 days after
passage, and within 15 days of passage shad be published once with the names of
