Adopted this Resolution on February 12, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO.91/102
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 12-88, West
Pittsburg Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the
improvements for MS 12-88, being developed by Robert Johnson, have
been completed and that such improvements have been constructed
without the need for a Subdivision Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the
above-named development have been COMPLETED as of this date July 5,
1990.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and enteied on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
