BACKGROUND:
During the 1991 calendar year a number of issues have been
referred to our Committee which are still on referral . For one
reason or another, some of these are not yet ready to be
addressed by our Committee. In other cases, further work is
needed on the issue before it is ready for discussion with our
Committee and the Board of Supervisors . We are returning a
number of these issues to the Board of Supervisors at this time
and recommending various dispositions on the issues .
