HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12031991 - 1.14 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 3, 1991 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit for Faithful Performance, Subdivision 7165, Oakley Area. On September 11, 1990, this Board resolved that the improvements in Subdivision 7165 were completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Morrison Homes and now on the recommendation of the Public Works Director; The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; and IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $4,200 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 166318, dated December 15, 1989)plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Morrison Homes, pursuant to Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement. I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
