SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) &BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
A. AUTHORIZE Rental Differential Assistance payment in an amount not to exceed $21,819
and APPROVE the Relocation Rental Assistance Claim from Sandra Frazier dated
December 2, 1991.
B. AUTHORIZE Principal Real Property Agent to sign claim forms on behalf of the County.
C. AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue-a check in the amount of $3,117 for the first
installment payable to: Bonifacio East Apartments, 2354 Bonifacio, Concord, Ca., to be
forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery.
D. AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to make additional rental differential payments to
Bonifacio East Apartments as follows:

II. Financial Impact:
Payments to be made from the State Highway 4/Bailey Road Interchange project funds which
are 100% reimbursable from Contra Costa Transportation Authority.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
Sandra Frazier resided at 260 Bailey Road, Pittsburg, a dwelling from which she was
permanently displaced because of the interchange project. Ms Frazier has executed an
Assignment of Funds, for her rental assistance entitlement, to Bonifacio East Apartments; said
funds to be paid in 6 month installments beginning Dec. 1, 1991 and concluding Dec. 1, 1994.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
Payment is for relocation assistance obligation required by Government Code § 7260, et seq.
