SUBJECT: Approval of acceptance of the real property relative to Development
Plans 3001-87 and Subdivision 6869.
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the acceptance of the real property associated with the
offer of dedication contained in the conditions of approval for
Subdivision 6869 and any documents relative to that acceptance from
the Zocchi Company, aka, Vantage Home.
FISCAL IMPACT
County Service Area M-16 Clyde
BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS
The subject property was offered for dedication to the County for
park use. The site in question will become part of the park land
adjacent to the subject property and will enhance the park system
in the Clyde community.

The Board approved the above recommendation, and directed that no seeding or landscaping be
done on the land until a formal request is received from the people of Clyde through the
Citizens Advisory Committee of County Service Area M-16, and following such request,
approval by the Board to proceed,
