Gilbert, Director of General Services s ot ountyCfj s ,- ,•�P� � DATE: December 17, 1991 SUBJECT: LEASE - 230 HARBOUR WAY SOUTH, RICHMOND SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Lease, commencing January 1, 1992 with the Richmond Unified School District for the premises at 230 Harbour Way South, Richmond, for occupancy by the Community Services Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the County. DETERMINE that the above project is a Class Twenty Two Categorical Exemption (22) under the California Environmental Quality Act. DIRECT the Director of Community Development to FILE a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the budget of the Community Services Department. III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide space for Headstart Program as requested by the Community Services Department.
