TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 3421
ABSTAIN: None Supervisorial District II
SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 21101(b) of the California Vehicle Code, Declaring a
Stop Intersection at FIRST STREET (Road#1795J) and RAILROAD AVENUE
(Road #1795Z), Rodeo.
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the
County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 -46-2.012,the following traffic regulation is established
(and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 21101(b) of the California Vehicle Code the intersection
of First Street (Road No. 1795J) and Railroad Avenue (Road No. 1795Z),
Rodeo is hereby declared to be a stop intersection and all vehicles traveling
on First Street, shall stop before entering said intersection.
I hereby certify that this 19 a true and correct Copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date Shown.
