I. Recommended Action:
ACCEPT Quitclaim Deed dated November 27, 1990, from Contra Costa County Flood Control
and Water Conservation District.
II. Financial Impact:
None
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
A drainage easement required for the construction of the Miranda Creek bypass pipe was
inadvertently conveyed to Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District.
This action will properly vest the easement with the County.
