SUBJECT: DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS GRANT DEED, BLACKHAWK, DANVILLE AREA
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) &BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
ACCEPT Development Rights Grant Deed dated January 24, 1989, from Country Club at
Blackhawk Improvement Association, Inc., and AUTHORIZE Real Property Division to record
said Grant Deed.
II. Financial Impact:
None
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The Development Rights.Grant Deed is being conveyed to the County in accordance with
Condition No. 3.b. of the Final Development Plan 3003-84, approved by the San Ramon Valley
Area Planning Commission of Contra Costa County on March 21, 1984. The Development
Rights Grant Deed is for a 6.42± acre parcel located north of the intersection of Eagle Ridge
Drive and Eagle Nest Place in Blackhawk.
