THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on November 27, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, "McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden

ABSENT: None

SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads
as County Roads, Subdivision MS 28-88, Pittsburg Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision MS 28-88 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with GWF Power Systems
Company, Incorporated heretofore approved by this Board in conjun-
ction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of October 19, 1990 thereby establishing.the six-month
terminal period for the filing of liens in, case of action under
said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Loveridge Road and
Pittsburg-Antioch Highway as shown and dedicated for public use on
the Parcel map of Subdivision MS 28-88 filed September 30, 1988, in
Book 136 of Parcel Maps at page 1, Official Records of Contra Costa
County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County
Roads.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year
warranty period is hereby established, and the $1, 000 cash deposit
(Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 145325, dated September 6, 1988) made
by GWF Power Systems Company, Incorporated be RETAINED for one year
pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4 . 406 of the Ordinance
Code.
