Remove as a provider member of the Homeless Advisory Committee: Arthur L. Hall 607 Key Boulevard Richmond, CA 94805 2. Appoint to the provider seat on the Homeless Advisory Committee vacated by Mr. Hall: Lorraine Togia P.O. Box 315 Concord, CA 94522 3 . Appoint to the vacant Citizen seat on the Homeless Advisory Committee: Arthur L. Hall 607 Key Boulevard Richmond, CA 94805 4 . Acknowledge the appointment by the City of Concord of their representative: Puni DeSai 5. This seat should be filled by an individual from a city which is impacted by or is perceived to be impacted by issues of homelessness. BACKGROUND: On August 21, 1990 the Board of Supervisors approved recommendations from our Committee on the Homeless Advisory Committee. The appointments which have been made to date leave several seats vacant. The above recommendations will fill two of those seats and initiate actions to fill the remaining city seat.
