'& BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS Authorize the Chair to execute the CDBG Program Project Agreement with the Battered Women's Alternatives implementing activity 16-54 Transitional Shelter with a payment limit of $25, 000 reallocated from the Housing Assistance Development Fund. FISCAL IMPACT None (100% HUD Funds) BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS This . agreement will augment other funding necessary to pay City of Concord fees which are holding up the opening of the 16 unit transitional shelter located on Grant Street, Concord.
