THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on October 23 , 1990 by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 90/701
SUBJECT: Exonerate Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision MS 15-86,
Clyde area.
On May 19, 1987, this Board approved the Parcel Map and
Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision MS 15-86 with Joseph M.
Zamora and Kevin Gordon Morrison, subdivider of property located in
the Clyde area. The Subdivision Agreement was accompanied by
security as follows: '
A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit PermitiNo. 123894, dated
May 4, 1987) in the amount of $1, 000 made by Kevin Gordon
Morrison.
B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety
bond dated April 29, 1987, and issued' by Amwest Surety
Insurance Company (Bond No. 1123506) with Joseph M.
Zamora and Kevin Gordon Morrison as principal, in the
amount of $55, 300 for faithful performance and $28, 150
for labor and materials.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements required by said agreement were bonded and constructed
under the subdivision agreement for Subdivision 7027.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid subdivision
agreement for Minor Subdivision 15-86 and corporate surety bond are
EXONERATED as of August 1, 1990, and the Public Works Director is
AUTHORIZED to refund the $1, 000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 123894, dated May 4, 1987) plus interest in accordance
with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Kevin Gordon
Morrison pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
