SUBJECT: Consummate Purchase and Accept
Grant Deed
Devon Fire Station
Pleasant Hill Area
Charge No. 0929-4096-ACO WH096B '
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as the Board of Directors of the
Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, RESOLVES THAT:
This Board on September 11, 1990, passed Resolution of Intention No. 90/598 and
Notice fixing October 16, 1990, at 9:00 A.M. in its Chambers, County Administration
Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and place wkI; re it would meet
to consummate the purchase of the real property described therein from Robert L. and
Judith J. Harmon, said propertylbeing required for fire station purposes; Said Resolution
was duly published in the Contra Costa Times in compliance with Govt. Code Section
6063.
The Board hereby consummates said purchase and approves the Purchase
Agreement dated October 16, 1990, between Robert L. and Judith J. ;Harmon, and the
District for a fire station site at Devon Avenue, Pleasant Hill, California, and authorizes the
Public Works Director to sign the Purchase Agreement on behalf of the District.
The County Auditor-Controller is hereby DIRECTED to issue a'jcheck in favor. of
Fidelity National Title Company, Escrow No. 150448, for $28,210 for 'said property for
payment to Grantors, upon their conveying to the District a Deed therefor.

Said Deed, dated August 21, 1990, is hereby ACCEPTED and the Real Property
Division is ORDERED to have it!recorded, together with a certified copy�of this resolution.
