Pearson for the Pleasant Hill BART Redevelopment Project Area. II. Financiallmpact: All costs associated with this contract are reimbursed by the developer, as provided for in a Disposition and Development Agreement(DDA) approved by the Agency on April 11, 1989. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: The Redevelopment Agency has entered into a contract for professional services associated with the acquisition of property and relocation of residents and businesses.resulting from the development of the Park Regency multi-family housing project. An additional $3,000 in professional services will be required to complete the necessary work. the' developer concurs with this contract adjustment, as required by the above referenced DDA.
