Recommended Action: A. APPROVE Right of Way Contracts and ACCEPT Grants of Easement listed below: GRANTOR DOCUMENT DATE PAYEE AMOUNT Tony Cutino, et al. Grant of Easement 9-6-90 First American $3,400 Title Company Escrow No. 712155 Emerson Dairy Grant of Easement 9-12-90 First American $2,200 Title Company Escrow No. 712154 B. AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said Right of Way Contracts on behalf of the District. C. APPROVE payment as listed above for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor- Controller to issue checks in said amounts payable to the listed payees, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: These property rights are required for the Drainage Area 30A-Line A project in accordance with approved plans and specifications. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow constructioft in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
