At 1: 30 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez . At 2: 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - January 30, 1990 Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal. B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code S 54956 .9, subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. (c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code S 54956 . 9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the litigation are: 1 . City of Martinez v. C.C.C. , et al. 2 . City of Pittsburg v. C.C.C. 3 . City of Hercules v. C.C.C. 4. Sierra Club v. C.C.C. , et al . df4:jan30.ann
