On January 17, 1989, this Board resolved that the improvements constructed in Subdivision 6801 developed by Ray Husking, were completed and that such imprcvements have been constructed without the need for a Road Improvement Agreement. The Public Works director has recommended that the Board finds that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED.
