SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period, Subdivision 6801, Walnut
Creek Area.
On January 17, 1989, this Board resolved that the
improvements constructed in Subdivision 6801 developed by Ray
Husking, were completed and that such imprcvements have been
constructed without the need for a Road Improvement Agreement.
The Public Works director has recommended that the
Board finds that the improvements have satisfactorily met the
guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion
and acceptance;
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of
the Public Works Director is APPROVED.
