SUBJECT: LEASE - 1700 OAK PARK BOULEVARD, ANNEX BUILDING, PLEASANT HILL
SPECIFIC REOUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECONIlIENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Lease with Christian Womanity for the
premises at 1700 Oak Park Boulevard, Annex Building, Pleasant
Hill, for occupancy by the Womanity office, under the terms
and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
This Lease will provide revenue to the County in the amount of
$12,000 a year.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
This office space is not currently needed by the County. The
Womanity offices were previously located in one of the
classrooms, but they moved to this larger space when it was
vacated by the Superintendent of Schools. The Lease will
provide income to the County which will be used for
maintenance of the facilities.
