THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 30, 1990 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson & Fanden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 90/68
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6586, Danville
Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision 6586 have been completed as provided
in the Subdivision Agreement with Blackhawk Plaza Partners
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing
of the Subdivision Map.
The Public Works Department having also notified this Board
that these improvements have been completed with the exception of
minor deficiencies, for which a $1, 000 cash deposit (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 167716, dated January 18, 1990) was made by
Blackhawk Plaza Partners to insure installation of approximately
20 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of January 30, 1990 thereby establishing the
six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of
action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty
period required, and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $12,600 cash security for performance (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 110672, dated July 1, 1986) plus interest in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to
Blackhawk Corporation pursuant to the requirements of the
Ordinance Code.
