THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 23, 1990 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder , McPeak, Torlakson & Fanden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 90/47
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 7106, Byron
Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements in Subdivision 7106 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision, Agreement with New Discovery
Incorporated heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction
with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete as of January 23,
1990 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the
filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision
Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no need for a one year
warranty period and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $1,700 cash security for performance (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 155868, dated April 28, 1989) plus interest in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to
New Discovery Incorporated pursuant to the requirements of the
Ordinance Code.

Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
