HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01231990 - 1.11 �r THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on January 23, 1990 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson & Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Granting Permission to Completely Close Tice Valley Boulevard near Meadow Road, in the Walnut Creek Area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that permission is granted to Pacific Gas and Electric Company, to completely close including emergency traffic on Tice Valley Boulevard near Meadow Road. on a Saturday or Sunday between January 24 and February 12, 1990 between the hours of 8: 00 a.m. and noon for the purpose of replacing a damaged power pole subject to the following conditions: 1. Traffic will be detoured via neighborhood streets. 2 . Traffic shall be changed to one way with flagger control as soon as possible. 3. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Traffic Controls. 4. The Pacific Gas and Electric Company shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 5. Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500,000 for Comprehensive General Public Liability which names the County as an additional insured.
