HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01161990 - 1.9 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on January 16, 1990 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson & Fanden NOES: None, ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Approving Deferred Improvement Agreement along Pine Creek Road for Subdivision MS 57-88, Walnut Creek Area. Assessor's Parcel No. 138-150-004. The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Frank R. and Patricia Hile, as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 57-88. This agreement would permit the deferment of construction of permanent improvements along Pine Creek Road which is located approximately 500 feet east of Castle Rock Road in the Walnut Creek area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED.
