Dear Bonnie:
At its January 16th, meeting, the Advisory Committee reviewed it's quarterly
attendance report (enclosed). It was noted that the last meeting you were able
to attend was on April 18, 1989.
The Advisory Committee realizes that work schedules change and other
commitments come up, and they do understand if you are not in a position to honor
the attendance policy which stipulates attendance at 7 of the 11 meetings scheduled
each year.
Therefore, I would appreciate you calling me at 646-5391 by February 9th
regarding your membership on the committee. If you feel you are not able to
participate at this time, we respectfully request your resignation. For your
consideration, I have enclosed a letter of resignation from you to the committee and
a postage paid return envelope. If we do not hear from you by February 9th we
will assume that you have resigned by default.
If,you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
Sincerely,
G-
