THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on February 27, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Approving Deferred Traffic Signal Fee Agreement for
Subdivision 7188, Danville Area. Assessor's Parcel
No. 220-060-008 and 011.
The Public Works Director having reported that
Condition of Approval No. 37 .A.1. f of Subdivision 7188 requires
execution of an agreement to pay for the full cost of traffic
signals at the intersection of the easterly access road/Leema
Drive and Camino Tassajara.
The Public Works Director has recommended that he be
authorized to execute a Deferred Traffic Signal Fee Agreement
with Dame' Construction Company Incorporated, as required by the
Conditions of Approval for 7188.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of
the Public Works Director is APPROVED.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
