HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12041990 - 1.6 (3) THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 4, 1990 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Authorize the Public Works Director to arrange for transfer of cash deposit to the City of Pinole for Subdivision 6881. The Public Works Director having reported that the property entitled with Subdivision 6881 is now located within the City of Pinole and that the County Public Works Department collected a cash deposit in processing a subdivision agreement for the Subdivision while it was still in the county. The Public Works Director having further reported that the rights under the subdivision agreement and surety bond were automatically transferred to the City upon annexation pursuant to the subdivision agreement. The Public Works Director recommends that he be AUTHORIZED to transfer the $3 , 100 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 144156, Dated August 8, 1988) made by Garrity Ridge Joint Venture, to the City of Pinole. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED.
