This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act (Gov.
Code, SS 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for the annexation of the subject uninhabited
territory to County Service Area L-100 and the purpose of the proposed
change of organization is to allow efficient -provision of lighting service
to the subject territory. The exterior boundaries of the subject territory
are as described in Exhibit A hereto.
The terms and conditions for the change of organization, as
specified by the Local Agency Formation Commission, .are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area L.-100. The regular county assessment
roll will be used for the collection of taxes and assessments in the
subject territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this proposal, subject to
the aforestated terms and conditions.
1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.

All deed and map reference hereinafter referred to are as recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Contra Costa County, State of California.
Portion of Lot 41, Map of Rancho E1 Sobrante, filed March 14, 1910,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line oflSan Pablo Dam Road, said
point being the northeast corner of Parcel B as shown on the Parcel Map of
Subdivision MS 53-82 (111 PM 13); thence, from said point of beginning South
35015132" West, 208.32 feet to the northwest corner of Parcel C (35 LSM 34);
thence, South 44015105" East, 70.95 feet to the nortleast corner of Parcel C
35 LSM 34 and a point on the westerly line of Parcel B of Minor Subdivision
99-77 (70 PM 10); thence, North 35015132" East, 208.32 feet along the westerly
line of said Parcel B and Parcel A (70 PM 10) to the south line of San Pablo
