THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on October 31, 1989 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, McPeak and Torlakson

ABSENT: Supervisor Schroder
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO.89/715
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads
as County Roads, DP 3015-82, Pleasant Hill, Bart Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements for DP 3015-82 have been completed and that such
improvements have been constructed without the need for a Road
Improvement Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the
above-named development have been COMPLETED.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Treat Boulevard
and Cherry Lane is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road;
the right of way was conveyed by separate instrument, recorded on
April 28, 1988, in Volume 14299 of Official Records on page 672 .
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken ano entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors
