THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on October 24, 1989 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, McPeak and Torlakson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors Powers and Schroder

SUBJECT: Hearing On Proposed Establishment of Area of Benefit
for Bogue Ranch, Alamo Area.
This is the time heretofore noticed for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors to consider the adoption of the Development Program
Report for the Bogue Ranch Area of Benefit; the establishment of the
Bogue Ranch Area of Benefit; and the adoption of a fee schedule by
ordinance for the Area of Benefit in the area consisting of three
properties the Bogue Ranch, Post Property and Bannister property in
the Alamo area.
Harvey Bragdon, Director, Community Development Department,
recommended that this item be continued to November 28, 1989 .
The Chairman noted the receipt of speaker cards from Ray Perman
and Edmund Chamber and questioned the parties as to whether they
wished to speak now or at a later date. The response was to decline
to speak at this time.
Therefore, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the hearing on the
above matter is CONTINUED to November 28, 1989 at 2: 00 p.m.
