IV. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Should the Board of Commissioners elect to not adopt Resolution No. 3568,
authorizng the execution of Amendment No. 42 to the Annual Contributions Contract No.
SF-182, the Department of Housing and Urban Development would withdraw its allocation
of $2,766,0005 thereby jeopardizing the modernization of CA011001, Alhambra Terrace,
Martinez and the necessary Emergency, amended Comprehensive, and Special Purpose work.
Additionally, the Board of Commissioners would be adopting a posture contrary to its
position of providing decent, safe and sar, itary housing for low-income families.
