SUBJECT: LEASE - BYRON AIRPORT PROPERTY - NORTH BRUNS ROAD
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Revenue Lease with Stacy Silva for a
portion of the property acquired for the Byron Airport, for
occupancy by Silva, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
This Lease will provide revenue to the airport of approxi-
mately $6,000. 00 per year.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
The Airport has no use for this land at the present time. It
was determined that the property should be leased to someone
who will care for the land and buildings and pay rent until
the premises are needed for airport development.
