WEIR, CLE RECORDER BY : CHUCK BOCK, ASO SUBJECT: CLERK ' S OFFICE CLERK-EXPERIENCED DATE: 9-20-89 LEVEL POSITION Please take the necessary action to transfer Clerk-Experienced Level position 24-00157 from the County Clerk ' s Office (budget unit 0240) to the Superior Court Administrator-Jury Commissioner (budget unit 0200) , effective October 10 , 1989 . We are also transferring the fy 89-90 $23 , 500 salary and employee benefits cost to the Superior Court Administrator . Attached find a Position Adjustment Request for the aforementioned adjustment . Sometime after the County Clerk ' s Office and the Superior Court Administrator presented our consolidated Trial Court Funding new positions request to your offices we agreed to transfer one of the County Clerk ' s new Clerk-Experienced Level positions (with funding) to the Superior Court Administrator-Jury Commissioner after the positions were approved .
