SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS($) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS Approve an Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) between the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency (Agency) and Treat Corners Partnership (Developer) and authorize the Executive Director or his Designee to execute said Amendment. FISCAL IMPACT None. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS On August 1, 1989, the Board of Supervisors and the Redevelopment Agency approved a DDA between the Agency and the Developer. The subject of the DDA is the development of two ten-story office buildings totaling 375,000 gross square feet in the Pleasant Hill BART Station Area (Area 10-A) . The DDA contains a mistake with respect to calculation of the purchase price for certain Agency owned parcels. The mistake resulted from an incorrect assumption regarding the number of square feet attributable to these parcels. The attached Amendment corrects this mistake.
