SUBJECT: Conveyance of Easement to Pacific Gas and Electric
Company
Project No. 4301-6G5372
Concord Area
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES
THAT:
Contra Costa County acquired the real property at 2086
Commerce Avenue in Concord, for use as a family stress center.
The Pacific Gas and Electric Company has requested an easement
over a portion of said property for service to the subject
parcel, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for utility
purposes. This Board FINDS that the conveyance of such easement
is in the public interest and will not substantially conflict or
interfere with the County's use of the property.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance
of an easement to Pacific Gas and Electric Company, over the
property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, pursuant to
Government Code Section 25526. 6 and the Board Chair is hereby
AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant of Easement on behalf of the
County.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said
easement to be delivered to the grantee.
This activity is not subject to the California Environ-
mental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061 (b) (3) of Chapter 3
of CEQA Guidelines. It can be seen with certainty that there is
no possibility that the activity would have a significant effect
on the environment.
